Setup Guide

Follow these simple steps to setup your account and get washing Fast...

1: Download

Visit the App Store and download the LaundryCat Mobile App

2: Setup an Account

Open the App and sign in with your Apple or Google account or click 'Sign Up' to create a new account

3: Read Basics

Read the basic guide and click 'Got it!'

4: Connect to the Store

Tap the green 'Connect' button and scan any of our card readers so your phone can recognize the store location. Don’t worry — no charges will be made at this step.

5: Add Funds

Tap the 'Add Funds' button for payment options

Apple Pay | Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay are the simplest method of payment. Select an amount and you are good to go

Debit Card | Credit Card

If you prefer to use a debit card or a credit card, tap the 'Change' button and you will have the option of adding a debit card or credit card

Cash Option

Cash is still an option with our mobile app. Tap the 'Cash at kiosk' button and go to one of our payment kiosks.

Next, tap the 'Begin' button and scan your phone by the blue card holder slot as shown in the picture. This will pull up your account into the kiosk.

Your account is now synced with the kiosk and ready to accept cash in the flashing green slot below. Be sure to tap the 'finished' button on the kiosk screen once complete.

Start Machines

Now that you are all setup here are the simple steps to start any washer or dryer

Washers

Select a washer to use and choose a water temperature.

Press the machines green 'Start' button and you are ready to dry

Step Four - Dryers

To add additional drying time, repeat steps Two and Three until desired dry time is reached

Step Two - Washers

Tap the green 'Pay' button on the app and hold your phone up to the reader

Press the machines flashing green 'Start' button and you are ready to wash

Select a dryer to use and choose a dry temperature.
